Position Dossier : Senior Consultant / Consultant

Location: Mumbai/ Delhi

Reporting to: Principal Consultant/ Director

Role Brief:

- Business Management

I. Identifying, expanding and advancing business opportunities (Sales)

II. Managing client relations on a continuous basis

III. Research and market mining for new prospects

- Project/ Program Management

I. Ability to lead 2-3 projects in parallel

II. Ability to identify and manage the key stakeholders at the client site

III. Ability to ensure flawless project execution with customer delight

IV. Cultivating networks

- HR domain expertise

I. Should be an expert in at least 2-3 domain areas

II. Should be proficient in at least 2-3 HR domain areas

III. Should know all the HR systems, OD practices and HR solutions as applicable to client business needs

IV. HR domain areas: leadership development, coaching, competence mapping, assessment centre, talent management, performance management, HR policies, HR technology application, change management, compensation and benefits, training facilitator, organisation design, employee engagement, diagnostic surveys and analytics

- Experience

I. 7-10 years in consulting domain

II. Handling challenging clients and navigating through service recovery situations

III. Designing effective solutions for complex client problems

IV. Developing business and generating revenue

- Qualification

I. MBA HR/MA Psychology
