My firm - High Places International - has been retained by a Global IT Services organization to headhunt for various leadership positions in the US and UK.

Currently headhunting a Senior Business Development Manager for my client based in Dallas, TX, USA.

Job profile :

- Responsible for Software Services sales in the US Market.

- New client acquisition, and achieving and overshooting targets

- Defining go-to-market strategy in this region and executing on that plan

- Need to groom sales leaders once the sales operations have been established.

Candidate profile

- Business development experience of 8+ years in the Information Technology Domain.

- Should have worked experience in applications Services sales

- Proven Track record of achieving targets and opening up accounts in the region

- CXO connects and experience in successfully executing consultative selling approach
