Business Development Manager - ERP Services
Contract type - permanent employment
Location - Netherlands or UK
Responsibilities
- New business generation from new accounts (hunting), for professional services around ERP products (Fusion, SAP, Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, SFDC etc.)
- Own the responsibility of complete sales cycle from lead generation till contract sign-offs
- Perform lead generation through traditional & contemporary channels, including but not limited to individual network, telemarketing, webinars, alliances, tradeshows, social collaboration etc.
- Work with internal teams and stakeholders to qualify the leads
- Represent Company's and ERP services capabilities to identify and/or create opportunities
- Work with ERP practice, geography sales, finance, legal teams, practice manager etc. to convert opportunities into business contracts
- Report to 'Head - Enterprise Solution (ES), Europe'
- Prepare business growth plans. Own, report and consistently monitor the sales pipeline to ensure meeting the sales targets set
Skills -
- 7 to 12 years of total IT experience
- Experience of working in the 'Hunter' role, for IT services sales
- Ability to connect with CxO levels of large corporate
- Strong network at senior levels within customer, alliance, and other relevant communities
- Excellent communication, inter-personal, networking skills
- Experience in sales/ presales/ delivery of ERP services- implementation, upgrade, support of packaged ERP applications
- Appreciation of ERP market in Europe. Ability to relate to customer needs and solutions in HR, Finance, Customer Relationship, Supply Chain, Logistics etc.
