Sr AVP/AVP - ECM Product/Solutions Delivery

Span of Control: Manager/ Lead Asst. Manager

Location: BGLR / NCR, IN

Basic Function:

- Understand client’s goals and their unique business needs with respect to Document Imaging & related products/platform implementation and develop solution strategy for their implementation

- Provide technical and functional expertise to clients during the implementation process.

- Provide strong technical understanding of the Mailroom Operations, US postal Services, eFax, email etc with the ability to discuss and demonstrate their features and how they may be configured to meet a client’s business needs

- Provide demonstrations of the optimization of processes and practices using technology like OCR,ICR, automated classification, Document Processing etc.

Essential Functions:

- Follow defined implementation methodology and tailor to meet the client’s unique business needs.

- Lead & execute all aspects of implementation and complete all product configuration components (from system setup to integration with third-party systems).

- Understand the integration requirements of the client electronic document repository and EXL’s mailroom systems.

- Design and Develop and implement the integration interfaces between the product and these systems.

- Lead User Acceptance testing, Internal Operational Training activities based on pre-planned scenarios, consolidate output and provide directional input for success.

- Support the implemented ECM solution client and product suite to bring better satisfaction for the client and productivity for the EXL Business.

- All Technology Sub-Functions.

- Client Teams - especially Client Business & Technology Teams.

- Professional Services team of the Product company for Implementation and their support team

Organizational Relationships:

Reports To : SAVP / VP - Technology Applications

Supervises : Vendor and EXL ECM Admintrators Developers

Skills:

Technical Skills:

- 3 or more years of experience in implementation of one or more of the following Hyland OnBase along with Sharepoint, Filenet as a ECM product ( Preferably OnBase)

- Hands on Implementation of AnyDoc OCR or Kofax OCR.

- Strong knowledge of any of the above products and its features including Product configuration, third-party application integration and maintenance

- Strong understanding of web technologies and ERP systems Integration such as Oracle, Dynamics GP, SAP etc

- Proficient with SQL and fundamental relational database concepts

- Previous consulting experience with any of the following applications is a great plus: Hyland OnBase or Filenet.

- Experience with EDI or other Data Exchange standards desired

- Unstructured Data Handling

Domain Specific Skills:

- Invoice & Forms Processing using OCR Technology

- Mailroom Operations

- Understanding of ECM for Insurance, Banking and Finance in US Market

Soft skills (Desired):

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Presentation, Negotiation and persuasion)

- Excellent analytical skills and aptitude for problem solving, including data analysis and validation

- Able to work independently and as a team

- Experience configuring and delivering software demonstrations is a plus

- Strong customer service orientation ability to connect with global customers and work with Global teams.

Education Requirements:

- Graduate, preference for degree in Computer Science (MCA/BS/BE) with industry recognized certifications

- Certification in P & C / Life / Health Insurance (preferred)

Work Experience Requirements:

- A 5-7 of Experience in Large scape project delivery around enterprise content management

- A total of 14-16 years’ experience in systems applications consulting

- Proven to be Technically savvy and showcase strong business application and solution experience

- Experience in pre-sales and Project Accounting.

- Experience in a BPO environment is preferred
