Summary:
Under minimum supervision plan & execute assignments within schedule and identify business opportunities in real estate investments
Role Description
- Business Development aimed at identifying new opportunities real estate pertaining to private investments, asset management, land & capital markets.
- Cultivate and nurture existing & new client relationships
- Build detailed financial models for the various projects which are being evaluated
- Prepare presentation materials for use in client meetings, business pitch, proposals, information memorandum etc
- Perform valuation analyses using various methodologies including discounted cash flow and transaction comparables
- Participate in all stages of transaction executions, from the pitch phase through to closing for fund raising and land transactions
- Tracking competition and market scanning

- Good Industry and Local Market knowledge
- Excellent business communication skills
- Strong Financial Knowledge (financial modelling, cash flow, analysis)
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent PPT presentation skills
