Duties & Responsibilities: (List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job)
- To source business of 3 crore + from large corporates with annual premium potential of above Rs. 50 lacs+
- Responsible for their individual as well as Team's topline and bottomline.
- Support team in client serving/ underwriting and placement of business.
- Develop, monitor, motivate and train their team to carry out insurance business.
- To extend technical support and accompany their team members as and when required for meeting their customers for sourcing business & resolving issues related to underwriting/claims/grievance thereby ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction
- To prepare business and manpower budget.
- Balancing the optimum product mix.
- Responsible for implementing business process and controls as laid down by company.
- To liaise with insurance companies to conduct special training session to build competencies of the team.
- To adhere to business process and controls as laid down by HO and ensure strict compliance of regulations as laid down by IRDA.

- Meeting Insurers for Procuring Best possible quotes from Insurers.
- Maintain and updated with the product know how and developments.
- Continuously source new corporate / SME account.
- Ensure all existing business is retained during renewals.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction
Carry out regular SWOT analysis to stay ahead of competition from brokers, insurance companies and other intermediaries.
- Ensure strict compliance of insurance regulations.
- Ensure strict compliance of business processes.
- Maintain smooth industrial relationship at all times.
Decision Making Authority (Describes the type of decisions made alone, those on which the manager must be consulted, those referred to a higher level, and job procedures to be followed).
- Jurisdiction Managing a Mumbai with a team of Support Executives.
