Sr Architect - Real Estate (Housing/Residential Projects), South Delhi

The client is a large group into Real Estate, started in late 80s at a time when quality housing was totally unheard of, the Group has been focused in Delhi-National Capital Region (NCR) & surrounding areas with development and construction of residential projects at Greater Noida, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad Gurgaon & upcoming projects in Orissa & Rajasthan too.

As part of expansion we are looking for a Senior Architect for their Head Office in South Delhi.

Title: Senior Architect

Experience: 10-15 yrs

Education Qualification: B Arch/M.Arch

Reporting To: Head Architect

- Responsible for preparation of Detailed Design calculation as per the project specification

- Checking drawings and finalizing the ones which are “Good for Construction (GFC)”

- Defining scope of work for the consultant for deficient areas.

- Understanding the requirements - identifying the stakeholders, helping to analyse the requirements and extracting those of architectural significance coordinating with the consultants on the design and structural needs of the building layout.

- Supporting the Project In-charge & engineers – making sure that the engineers are able to understand and adhere to the same while the construction progresses.

- Ensuring the delivered system is consistent with the agreed architecture, and will meet the requirements by resolving all kinds of construction and drawing related issue

Required Skill Sets and Behavioral Traits:

- Good Interpersonal Skills.

- Good Coordination skills.

- Should be innovative and creative.

- Ability to think out of Box.

Desired Person Profile:

- Male / Female candidate experience in Real Estate industry

- Experience in planning and designing of built up areas of high rise buildings, villas, apartments etc.

Location: South Delhi

Compensation: Negotiable, approx 12-15 lac+ per annum (not a constraint for the deserving candidate)
