Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients and emerging market opportunities.
- Work closely with Inside Sales and Outbound Sales teams to align lead generation with revenue targets.
- Implement lead generation strategies through networking, cold outreach, and targeted campaigns.
- Assist in converting leads into long-term clients by fostering strong communication and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized pitches and presentations.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Handle Property Presentation and Showings.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand the professional network.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable strategic insights.
What You Bring:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Proven success in managing the complete sales lifecycle in a target-driven environment.
- Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in Real estate domain.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
