We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, relationship building, and a deep understanding of the sales cycle.
This role requires a proactive individual with a proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
- This includes lead generation, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure retention and growth.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, identify competitive advantages, and develop strategies to effectively position our products/services in the market.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales revenue, and consistently tracking progress towards targets.
- Performance Tracking: Track and analyze sales metrics to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and developing plans to achieve long-term growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the sales industry, with a consistent track record of demonstrated sales success.
- Sales Cycle Expertise: Proven experience in managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Negotiation Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and effectively articulate value propositions.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred, with the ability to manage customer data, track sales activities, and generate reports.
- Senior Role Capability: Experience in a senior sales role, with responsibilities such as mentoring junior sales staff, contributing to strategic planning, or managing key accounts, is an asset
