Square Yards - Finance Analyst

Job Overview:

The role is a combination of financial analysis, data analysis, investor relations and new product development (fintech). Some of the activities include:

- Regular MIS reporting of business performance, updating and maintaining the quarterly performance reports, KPIs and operational/ financial metrics for senior leadership review

- Building the financial model, performing forecasting for financial planning and strategy development

- Creating ad hoc reports, excel dashboards, presentations/data visualisation, investors note as required by the senior management and the existing/potential investors

- Interacting with auditors/investors to coordinate investment process including due diligence/structuring and preparing responses for their queries

- Performing market research, data mining, information collection/preparation, valuation comps to drive business excellence

- Analysing past results and trends for process improvement

- Working in coordination with various teams like the accounts team/legal and compliance team/tech team/CRM team for data on need basis

- Developing automated reporting/forecasting tools to increase productivity

- Conceptualizing and developing different payment and lending solutions for the real estate clientele in coordination with payment aggregators, NBFCs, Banks, etc
