Responsibilities:

- Defines the technology strategy for Square Panda - India aligned to the needs of the clients & infrastructure restrictions, and is responsible for the definition of principles, standards, and technologies that support the implementation of that strategy.

- Communicate on-ground challenges to the executive management team and strategize on solutions.

- Constantly partners with business and technology subject-matter experts to elicit and translate business requirements into technological vision, direction and approaches, and ensures Tech capabilities to support the business, digital and Technology strategies.

- Understand the technology roadmaps across multiple projects and be able to present them in a creative and clear manner.

- Need to present Insights, Big Ideas, helps identify new technical opportunities to help the growth of the business

- Work at a Neck breaking pace on varied scenarios, evaluate and resolve them

- Coordinate with Internal and External Stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

- Excellent understanding of India's technical landscape and challenges across pre-primary and primary schools, teachers, children and parents in both Rural and Urban geographies

- Excellent understanding of web technologies (HTML5), mobile/app development, AWS cloud infrastructure, LMS, Chatbots, Content Delivery Networks, etc.,

- Demonstrated business and technology transformation experience across a wide range of industries and organizations.

- Ability to analyse issues, develop options, and solve problems, making architecturally sound decisions within the cost and risk parameters

- Experience in multi-platform technologies and open source solutions

- Dynamic individual with great teamwork and interpersonal skills

- Highly developed business partnering and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in edtech will be added advantage

- Independent, proactive, and able to drive quickly to data-informed decisions

- Prior experience in a startup a plus
