S/he should be data-driven, tech-savvy, result oriented and have exceptional management skills. S/he will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of Square Panda's thought leadership and education initiatives with the help of our existing teams. The role is great for people who are self-driven and want to modernize the education system. Experience - 15+ years CTC : Based on experience & Skills Location : Mumbai Responsibilities 1. 15+ years' experience designing curriculum content for academia/ business 2. Lead the education team to create learning material and training for India market 3. Understand business requirements and create a balance 4. Develop Education strategy that amplifies Square Panda's products and services 5. Manage day to day tasks and operations 6. Ability to talk about curriculum to clients 7. Measure and report the results of implemented projects 8. Ability to deliver projects within the timeline 9. Team Management skills Good to have : 1. Understanding of state boards curriculum 2. Experience of working with the government schools 3. Understanding of ECCC
