Sqrrl - Head - Customer Success (5-9 yrs)
At Sqrrl our mission is to help young Indians save their earnings while keeping things simple.
We are seeking a full-time Head of Customer Success. It will be this colleagues- responsibility to set the strategy and goals for the way Sqrrl interacts and delights its customers.
- To aggregate/ develop specific systems, tools to implement this vision and oversees the way personnel are used and trained to execute it.
- Lead, Motivate, Manage a team of die-hard customer service personnel.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements impacting customer care function.
- Develop procedures and policies for better handling of customer correspondence and customer complaints.
- Monitor business and process metrics to measure and manage customer service effectiveness.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team to maximize revenues and customer loyalty.
- Monitor and respond to consumer-initiated Internet blogs and websites.
- Increase NPS year on year. Increase promotors and decrease detractors
- Ensure continual upskilling in customer services through evaluation, development and training of staff.
Sqrrl (https://sqrrl.in) is an early stage, seed-funded startup based in Gurgaon. Established in 2016, it has a fresh take on an otherwise jargon-ridden, complicated world of investing. Sqrrl's product is currently mobile-only, with a web variant in the pipeline. It is India's only investing platform in 9 languages. The apps were recently featured by both Apple and Google on their respective play stores.
