Job Description:
Process Overview: Corporate Treasury (CT) Treasury data management (TDM) performs a critical role in providing centralized support for Treasury consumers of market, banking and reference data required for multiple key regulatory and internal reports and analyses.
Job Description:
- An ideal candidate will have a proven working experience in application and usage of SQL to build queries and models.
- In addition, familiarity with end to end processes in banking processes would be essential.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with partners in Global Liquidity Management, Balance Sheet Management, Enterprise Capital Reporting, etc., to understand their needs and the related Banking products data implications
- Leverage SQL and other analytics tools to identify and understand data issues, quantify impacts, or provide answers to time-sensitive business, audit, and regulator questions
- Engage with upstream data providers and Treasury technology teams to develop and test innovative solutions to address those needs as part of Agile Change Management processes
- Constantly evaluate our processes to ensure data risks are identified and properly mitigated, while seeking opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve wherever/whenever possible
- Interaction with Line of Business and other business partners.
Requirements:
Education:
- Graduate/ Post Graduate (MBA - Finance or equivalent)
- Certifications If Any
Experience Range: 4-5 years
Foundational skills: Strong SQL/Alteryx/Tableau/VBA experience
Desired skills:
- Prior experience in Banking products and product control mandatory
- Product knowledge and understanding of the front to back trade flow process.
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- High level of ownership and attention to detail
- Energetic and self-motivated. Candidate should have a strong intellectual curiosity
- Strong analytical and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Able to understand and interpret the new changes into workings received from Regulators via Line of Business, Global liquidity management across Globe
- Able to develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures along with other process related documentation on demand.
- Ability to respond appropriately to time-sensitive requests
- Demonstrated ability as a team player
- Demonstrate strong control work ethic
- Flexibility to deal with multiple concurrent issues and tasks - ability to self manage and prioritize
Work Timings:
Flexible between 10:30 AM till 10:30 PM
