SPT - Architect - Project Management

- Looking for Female Architect with min 3 to 9 experience (Construction & Real Estate)

- Designing of residential buildings, planning master layout.

- Conceptual presentation, statutory and construction drawings.

- Should be able to handle projects from designing to completion.

- Schematic Design of Master planning, Consideration of design input from Marketing Dept. and implementation of it in design Finalisation of plans.

- Knowledge of municipal proposal drawings.

- She should be coordinate with consultants & site engineers.

- Coordination with site team and issue resolved within time frame.

- Checking all the working drawings of the buildings
