Job Title : Director - Growth & Strategy

Job Description: The candidate will be responsible for developing the company's strategic Mission

1) Strategy :

- A strong knack for establishing and growing strong working relationships with team members & clients.

- Build long-lasting, trusted advisor relationships with all stakeholders.

- Responsible for overall Strategic Management.

- Build a high Develop performing team , performance goals and long-term strategic plans

- Engage with key stakeholders and investors to monitor and report progress.

- Identify market trends and patterns.

- Expected to work closely with the founding team and to drive the creation and execution of business strategy and plan

- Full Project strategic ownership

- Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence

- Maintaining a strong relationship with Doctors' and other Healthcare professionals by being the face of the brand in that community

- Domain awareness in-terms of Health Authority changes and other generic changes like : Taxation, Rules & Laws etc

2) Growth

- Develop, maintain & deepen relationships with clients, vendors & network channel partners.

- Execute corporate tie ups

- Asses market & opportunities to create plans for opening up new markets and potential sources of revenues.

Skills & Qualification :

Qualification: Bachelors /Master's degree from tier 1 institute Like - IIT's, IIM'.

Experience: 8+years Demonstrable experience in building & leading teams/Organization is desired

Candidates with entrepreneurial experience shall be preferred.

Comfort with technology development/experience with software/ App development lifecycle is expected

Experience of working in a startup environment is a plus.
