Spotmentor is focussed on creating HR technology products which go beyond the current use cases and help organisations transform from tactical to strategic and improve business results. We do it through cutting edge innovation at the intersection of Data engineering and Data sciences. At the end of your journey with Spotmentor, you would be able to claim that there was an inflection point in History, which reimagined work and organisations and you made it happen. Our first product is an Integrated Skills, Learning and Careers platform which helps the organisations to acquire capabilities critical for them.

Spotmentor was started by 4 IIT Kharagpur alumni with experiences in creating Technology products and Management consulting.

We are looking for a team members with unique and industry defining skills sets.

Primary responsibilities

1. Develop unique value proposition, identify potential customer segments, prepare customer target lists, engage with these potential clients with strong value proposition and close deals

2. Build relationships with CHROs and Decision makers at Enterprises that are evaluating Learning Management Systems

3. Serve as the lead point of contact for client account management matters

4. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives

5. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement

Strength, Skills, Behaviours required

- 2-5 years experience selling Learning technology products or related HR Tech products (not services) or other B2B technology products OR 2-3 years experience in HR consulting and looking to switch to a product company

- Solution selling skills with ability to customize the value proposition across different prospects

- Hands-on and result oriented approach to get things done in a highly competitive and complex business eco-system

- Very good communication and presentation skills required as engagement would be at CXO level

Salary Structure :

- Fixed plus target achievement linked (50:50 split) (10 Lacs basic and 10 Lacs on target achievement)
