Sr. Business Analyst

Primary skills :

- Minimum experience of 5 years of working and 3 year as a Business Analyst / Client facing role in IT / e-Governance consulting area

- Should have domain knowledge of different functions in E-governance

- Strong oral and written communication, technical and remote collaboration skills are a must.

- Commercial awareness

- Problem-solving skills & Analytical skills

- Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments

- Excellent organization, analytical, planning and leadership skills

- Experience with digital marketing tools and concepts

- Experience in techniques utilized for elicitation

- Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams and ability to coordinate across teams.

- Strong relationship building and consulting skills. Fosters a climate conducive to establishing positive working relationships with clients and cross-functional team members

- Understanding of networks, databases and other technology

- An understanding of, project management techniques and computing systems

- Knowledge of MS Office, MS Visio, MS Projects, PowerPoint Presentations and report writing skills

Position Responsibilities/Essential Functions :

- As a Business Analyst, deal with IT related solutions and knowledge of technical architecture of the products.

- Should define product scope, milestone schedules & Estimation with Product/Project Manager & Business team

- Will do complete requirement analysis with respective product leads and create detailed project plans (with macro and micro milestone views)

- Lead Software Development activities along with Quality Assurance/ Control requirements

- Will interact with client and process owners to gather requirements

- Have to propose workflow of solution

- Have to write approach and methodology, propose most suitable technology and required manpower for the proposed solution for Client requirements

- As a writer of technical solution, have to design Use case scenarios, map business process, design UML, DFDs

- Understand the requirements of client and communicate & manage change from product & business teams

- Have to provide inputs on latest technological changes in the market

Education :

- MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization

- Bachelor's degree with a technology-focused major (or equivalent years of experience)

Preferred experience :

- BA certifications (CCBA/CBAP/PBA) is preferred

- Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience working with Agile development processes
