He/She will be expected to conceptualize and execute all digital marketing efforts while optimizing specific metrics. The person will be managing a team of 2-3 people. Key responsibilities : - Develop and execute digital performance campaigns across Video, Search, Paid Social, Display, Affiliate to drive Traffic, increase Conversions, and Engagement. - Plan and Execute App Store Optimization, Onsite Marketing and CPI campaigns. - Optimize all paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. to get the max number of conversions at the best possible ROI - Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Console, Firebase etc. - Understand our target group perfectly and translate that knowledge to create the perfect targeting across all digital channels - Discover and manage relationships with influencers and other corporate alliance partners in order to generate more traffic - Managing a team and setting of KRAs. Requirements : - At least 5-7 years of experience managing large scale digital marketing campaigns - Candidates from Tier -1 MBA/BTech colleges will be preferred. - Exposure to Google Adx/DFP will be an added advantage. - Data-driven, analytical, self-actualized & enthusiastic with a proven track record - Proven traffic generation capabilities through paid digital mediums. - Excellent hands-on exposure to managing large scale campaigns on Adwords, Bing, Facebook, and other ad platforms. - Experience running both low budget and high budget campaigns that can generate a high number of leads at a favourable ROI About Sportskeeda : Sportskeeda is the place for hardcore sports fans.
