We are looking for a highly self-driven, entrepreneurial and hands-on technical person for our Technical Product Manager role. This person would be responsible for owning the new product releases end to end while leading multi-disciplinary teams. Requirements/Work 1) Tech roadmap, Feature prioritization, Specs - Have a necessary will, clarity, and knowledge to achieve long term goals. Be able to ideate, strategize and prioritize product roadmaps that steer Sportskeeda towards its vision. Write detailed Specs for products/features. Include product designs, user flows, test plans, business case, product roadmap, performance metrics etc. 2) Strong Technical experience : - You are intimately familiar with modern/agile software development practices used to build and deploy web and mobile applications. You- ve preferably been working full time on a software delivery team. Understanding and hands-on with web 2.0 and open source technologies. 3) Team productivity / Management - Execute on the roadmap: Collaborate daily with the engineering team in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum development process to deliver new features and functionality - Ensure smooth release: Coordinate product releases among the engineering, marketing, customer success, and sales teams - Come up with a phased development and roll out strategy. 4) Data analysis - Strong analytical capabilities. You excel at and enjoy building models and decomposing complex structures into useful primitives 5) Managing Design pipeline - Immerse in empathic design for products by thoroughly understanding user behavior through surveys, feedbacks, heatmaps etc Create detailed Product workflows, User funnels, wireframes, and prototypes. - Work with the design team to create the best user experience for the product features. - Create short term &amp; long term customer experience roadmap. Proficiency in design flow and tools 6) Outsourcing experience - Package a problem and outsource the same to development companies. 7) Reporting to CEO - Ability to grasp business use cases instantly - Be highly analytical and come up with metrics for evaluating product performance to come up with improvement strategies
