The Opportunity:

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Associate to join our Corporate Development team and support our strategic growth initiatives.

As an Associate, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing on potential acquisition targets, joint venture opportunities, and strategic partnerships, primarily outside of India.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in corporate finance and M&A, as well as the ability to think strategically and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This role reports directly to the Chief Strategy Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets, joint venture opportunities, and strategic partnerships.

- Develop financial models and perform basic valuation analysis to evaluate potential transactions, and effectively communicate findings to senior leadership.

- Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.

- Assist with due diligence and negotiation of potential transactions, working closely with legal and finance teams.

- Participate in the integration of newly acquired businesses, including identifying synergies and creating integration plans.

- Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities and threats to the company's growth strategy.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 2-4 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, private equity, or corporate development.

- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with cross-functional teams.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This is an on-site role based out of Bangalore.
