Sports Inddex - Head - Marketing - Growth Hacker (3-10 yrs)
Sports Inddex helps users monetize their knowledge of Sportsmen. We do that through our mobile app where users trade in sportsmen's value just like how they trade companies on the stock market. We're looking to help the 200M+ online gamers in India to make money through sports.
We're an early-stage startup looking to grow over the next 6-12 months with some exciting sporting events lined up.
About this role:
Functional Area: Growth and Marketing || Role: Head of Marketing
We are looking for a growth hacker who has 3+ years of experience in online marketing and advertising campaigns. An expert in using low-cost and creative strategies to acquire customers and retain them. The person should be able to devise smart and low-cost solutions and help us achieve rapid growth in the market.
What you'll do:
- Design and run marketing campaigns & advertisements to acquire customers (farmers) through digital networks such as Google, Social media channels, Advertisement networks, etc.
- A/B Testing, measure the performance of CTAs and improve conversion rate consistently.
- Optimize and efficient use the monthly budget assigned across the digital marketing funnel.
- Work on the SEO and keyword strategy to ensure smoother app download and better company branding.
- Use marketing analytics tools to analyze & track the ROI & CAC for each marketing campaign.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly performance reports keeping track of campaigns and its analysis.
- Collaborate with the design team to prepare clickbait /marketing collaterals required for running campaigns.
What you'll need:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in using digital/social media to acquire B2C customers
- Proficient in running paid advertising campaigns on Google, Social Media channels, Ad networks
- Experience in working with a start-up/company in the Online Gaming/Fantasy Sports industry.
- Experience in generating leads and achieving long term sustainable growth
- Impeccable communication skills
- Eager to work individually and with a team in a growing start-up
