Sportism - Project Manager (10-15 yrs)
Requirement :
- 10+ years of project management
- Project management certification with experience as Scrum Master
- Understanding of basics of product management
- Excellent communication skills
- Stakeholder expectation management skills
- Knowledge of domains including banking, travel, e-Commerce, as well as standard estimation methodologies
- Experience with project tracking tools like Jira
Responsibilities
- Drive the Project Management Office (PMO). Plan, progress and manage deadlines
- Own, monitor and improve certain projects, as well as be the SME
- Define and assist implementation of new portfolio/project management tool sets
- Manage high performance delivery teams and work with new project teams to onboard new projects to the solution
- Train the project teams along with the learning and development team on key Agile/Scrum principles, as well as in new solutions
- Onboard existing projects into the Project Management tool of the customer's choice
- Manage clients and internal stakeholders across different geographies
- Manage SDLC across all phases including fulfilling requirements of process and documentation
- Contribute to new deals/RFP
- Be proactive in identifying and highlighting risks, blockers and resource requirements
