General Manager - PR
Role Overview :
1. The role will be responsible for driving and implementing the Company's communication strategy and communication action plan. Working with Head of PR/Comms and management teams to develop and grow the outreach for the company's brand to the media and key communities by creating an effective brand recall.
2. This role includes external and internal communications, strategic media relations and issues management across all channels (traditional & digital) to tell new and interesting stories of impact.
3. Ideate and conceptualize PR events/specials, new outreach launches ensuring successful delivery. The candidate will have experience in managing complex narratives with a variety of audiences and is experienced in digital storytelling across multiple audiences.
Preferred Specialization : Specializing in Public Relations in Social Impact/ CSR or Sports.
Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, CSR or related field
Preferred Work Experience :
1. 10-15 years in developing and executing PR strategies across multiple platforms (traditional and digital) for high traction brands.
2. Strong knowledge of the local media, sports landscape and CSR industry knowledge a plus.
