To help us get to the next stage and to reach 100M+ students worldwide, we are looking for highly motivated individuals with a passion for building high performing teams Basic Qualifications - 3+ years non-technical recruiting and sourcing experience in engaging non-tech talent from a high hiring bar environment required. -Focused approach on senior and leadership hiring. - Experience balancing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, business partnerships and candidate relationships - MS Office experience, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Preferred Qualifications - Demonstrated ability to be a talent adviser to the business and worked in an ever-changing environment - Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the business - Strong communication skills, organizational, and negotiation skills. - Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer branding, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management - Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision in an extremely fast-paced environment - Strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team The culture at Splash Math At Splash Math we dig individuality.
