Spinny - Program Manager - Refurb Business - NIT/IIT/IIIT/IIM/MDI/BITS

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be responsible for driving performance improvement measures by devising a strategic execution approach spanning across company functions. You will be working on identifying new avenues for growth, building processes and products to achieve sustainable growth, by understanding business value propositions end-to-end. You will be involved in Product and Process designing required for the scaling up of the Refurbishment Business in the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work with core business team members to streamline business processes & define required process and product features

- Complete ownership of the delivery of new process and product features by working alongside tech & product teams

- End to end program management of key strategic initiatives identified for driving performance improvement

- Work with cross-functional internal teams for timely deliverables

- Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking key business metrics

- Constant performance monitoring and project revisions basis outputs

- Working very closely with the Ground Operations team to Identify the Gaps in the process and then redesigning the complete process.

Reporting- This position reports to the Refurb Head, Spinny, Handling Pan India Operations.

REQUIREMENTS

- 4 to 10 yrs. of professional work experience, preferably have worked at a high growth startup

- Tier 1 undergraduate / MBA degree (NIT/IIT/IIIT/IIM/MDI/BITS)

- Deep interest in product/tech-driven problem solving

- Have good knowledge of Business Process Designing and have worked in Heavy operations business Model..

- Ability to think creatively about business problems and implement sustainable solutions

- Good stakeholder management skills

- Excellent written, communication, research, and analytical skills
