About the role:

This is a high ownership role - you will be responsible for leading the Inside Sales function for Truebil Category.

You will be working in close coordination with the core leadership team, with a focus on driving excellence in business performance in sync with the core business propositions. You will be leading a team of 100+ car consultants and 10+ team leaders.

Location: Gurgaon

Founded in 2015, Spinny is a technology enabled full-stack Online-to-Offline (O2O) pre-owned cars platform that aims to bring about transparency and convenience in the process of buying & selling cars. The core team consists of IIT and IIM graduates with 45 yrs. of professional experience of working in venture capital, investment banking, management consulting, and e-commerce industries. We are backed by top venture capital firms - Accel Partners, SAIF Partners, The Fundamentum Partnership, General Catalyst, Tiger Global, Avenir Growth ,Alteria Capital, & Blume Ventures. Spinny has raised ~$200 Mn in funding over 4 rounds till date.

Spinny operates under 2 major brands - Spinny & Truebil.

We acquired Truebil in August 2020 and have scaled operations across 10 cities ( Gurgaon, Bangalore, Lucknow, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai , Kolkata, Ahmedabad , Hyderabad and Ghaziabad). Truebil aims to capture the under-penetrated but majority value-conscious car buyers.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Responsible for leading the Inside Sales function for Truebil - team size of 100+ agents and 10+ Team Leaders

- Driving sales across 10+ locations and optimisation of leads to bookings funnel

- Hiring and training of car consultants and team leaders across multiple locations

- Ensuring process and policy adherence across Inside Sales function, with a focus on delivering the best-in-class customer communication and meeting sales targets

- Auditing calls on a regular basis for improving customer communication and sales pitch

- Constant performance monitoring and project revisions basis outputs

- Liaise with retail teams and take ownership of meeting sales targets

Requirements:

- 6+ years of professional work experience in Inside Sales / Sales / Customer Experience Function in high growth startups

- B.Tech or MBA from Tier 1/2 colleges(Preferred)

- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and influencing skills and an ability to navigate a complex and unstructured cross-functional environment

- Demonstrated experience of leading a team of 50+ members previously
