Roles and Responsibilities :

- High ownership role with end-end responsibility of city/cluster re-conditioning/production facility operations & PnL.

- Lead a 150+ workforce (including ground technical staff) to maintain productivity, quality, & TAT for the business.

- In-depth understanding of processes & driving operational efficiency through data.

- Passionate about solving real complex operations problems through people & process excellence

- 6-day working operations setup

Who will be right fit:

- IIT/ NIT / Tier 1 Engineering colleges with minimum 3 years of experience in operations & people management.

- Folks with production/manufacturing experience are preferred.
