About the role: - Maintaining Bank accounts - Liaise with Banks and Financial Institutions for loans and financial arrangements - Comply with documentary requirement for Banks and Financial institutions - Monitor debt levels and compliance with debt covenants - Maintaining and planning for Working Capital - Doing market comparison and finding the best rate for borrowed capital - Keep a check over the Debt equity ration - Ensure optimum utilization of funds to earn maximum returns - Doing bank related entries in books on regular basis - Doing bank reconciliation on regular basis - Management of Trading partners - Doing reconciliation with Trading partners - Prepare Cash Flow Statements - Prepare for Project Fund Requirement - Comply with local, state, RBI and central government reporting requirements. Requirements: - CFA/ CA - 3-8 years of relevant work experience in Treasury.
