Role Description: The individual will implement HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results. To design cost effective solutions from people perspective which contributes to the overall ROI enhancement considering the current market growth. Developing capability development and engagement framework for a larger workforce with a future foresightedness. As such, the individual must be skilled at anticipating problems, creating contingency plans, managing multiple priorities, problem solving and organizing logistics. Key to the position is the ability to keep the team organized, prioritized and on time while also serving as a "go to" for all areas and departments which dovetail with HR. This candidate will help foster a cooperative and communicative atmosphere. What you will be doing: Ownership: - Strong Bias for Impact Based Action - Spinny works at a very rapid pace and this is what would be expected. - Passionate and driven by ownership across all facets of the job requirement including people, business, culture &amp; leadership. - Align business practice with people to drive effective performance. - Identify, analyze, scale, and implement best practices suited for the organization through effective HR. Employee Engagement: - Lead the engagement agenda of the organization. - Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key engagement strategies and solutions and be a part of the design and implementation of policy and process from scratch. - Develop, implement, and participate in employee recognition programs and implement activities pertaining to employee engagement. - Drive engagement initiatives like - New hire Buddy/ mentoring program, Voice of Employee, Round tables and Brown Bag session and R&amp;Rs Talent &amp; Performance Management: - Lead the implementation &amp; change of robust, consistent, and flexible performance management system, linked to the remuneration system, putting the Talent Management framework in place. - End to end employee lifecycle management, from entry to exit Capability Building. - Design, Deploy and Anchor the capability agenda for the workforce. - Evaluate potential employee challenges and address proactively to enhance employee satisfaction. - Conduct E-sat surveys, exit interviews - Employee relations: Handling critical incidents, managing escalations etc. Induction: - Design and deploy employee induction process for new hires. - Owning up the company DNA and spreading it far and wide during the new hire induction. Interventions: - Identify HR intervention needs, create appropriate programs, actively participate in HR interventions &amp; projects and ensure timely completion. Analytics &amp; Process Improvement: - Look for ways to proactively improve &amp; enhance processes. - Create effective analytical tools &amp; reports to analyze employee information. Talent Acquisition: - Work with the TA team to drive hiring and ensure hiring requirement is met as per the mandates. - Responsible for onboarding and partnering with the recruitment team in hiring associates based on business forecasts. What is expected: - Must come with Full time MBA(HR) and ones from top B school (SCMHRD, TISS, XLRI, MDI etc.) will be preferred. - 6 - 10 years of experience in HRBP role preferably from the e-commerce, internet, start-up &amp; product space. - Experience in employee relations, adept at HR statutory compliance, performance management, talent management, HR projects, succession planning, etc. - Extensive experience in dealing with senior stakeholders (decision makers) along with a people management experience. - Must have HR Analytics and strong ability to drive business numbers through HR initiatives.
