About the role : The candidate would be responsible for end-to-end capital management and strategic planning activities of the NBFC.

Requirements :

- CA/CFA with 10 to 12 years of work experience in NBFCs or at top fintech companies

- Deep understanding of and strong relationships within the Indian banking ecosystem

- Hands-on experience in raising debt from banks or other financial institutions

- In-depth knowledge of standard banking commercials

- Historical team management experience

- Strong interpersonal skills

- An ideal candidate would be a hardworking and enterprising individual, with excellent analytical and communication skills
