About the role

You will be responsible for driving performance improvement measures by devising a strategic execution approach spanning across company functions. You will be working on identifying new avenues for growth and partnerships, by understanding business value propositions end-to-end .

An ideal candidate would be a hardworking and enterprising individual, with good analytical and communication skills, who is interested in working in an entrepreneurial setup. Interested candidates must have a good first principles thinking approach, backed by a mission driven execution focus and outcome-oriented point of view. Interested candidates must be good at establishing new and managing existing relationships with regional channel partners.

Key responsibilities will include

- Work with core business team members for streamlining business processes

- End to end program management of key strategic initiatives identified

- Liaise with tech/product teams for planning and execution of new product features

- Work with cross-functional internal teams for timely deliverables

- Developing and maintaining dashboards for tracking key business metrics

- Constant performance monitoring and project revisions basis outputs

Requirements

- 2 to 5 yrs. of professional work experience, preferably have worked at a high growth startup

- Tier 1 undergraduate / MBA degree

- Deep interest in product/tech driven problem solving

- Ability to think creatively about business problems and come up with solutions

- Good stakeholder management skills

- Excellent written, communication, research and analytical skills
