- Implement process in workshop and process auditing
- Create FMEA Documents.
- Innovate and create learning modules.
- Regular follow up from all the workshop manager
- Handle all quality related issues and should take appropriate measure to ensure quality of refurbishment is maintained.
Education and Skill Required :
- Bachelor's Degree (B. Tech in Automobile/mechanical)
- 2-3 years of experience in the automobile/ auto ancillary industry
- Experience in design/service
- Background in BAJA/Supra/FSAE/Efficycle competition
- Basic knowledge about all automobile systems and failures
- Failure mode analysis
- CGPA must be 6 and above.
- Should be process driven and excellent knowledge about automotive industry and automobiles.
- Above average communication skills.
- Excellent managerial and training skills
- Enthusiastic and time dedication
