1. Acting as a key primary facia for T2D program Vertical for city teams
2. Maximizing the effectiveness and efficiency of process , procedures and programs launched for the vertical
3. Proficient in Excel and able to present data
4. Coordinating with City Teams to ensure adherence on the Day to Day operations
5. Training and supervising specific roles at city level
6. Streamlining Processes
7. Stakeholder Alignment-internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies
8. Creating SOPs
9. Identifying operational requirements and opportunities for improvement, formulate ways for businesses to improve by data analysis
10. Driving Projects end-to-end
Requirements:
- 1+ years of handling large scale operations experience.
- Good in execution, cross-functional team management.
- Should be process driven.
- Excellent managerial and training skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required
