About the Role: Reporting to: Head- HR Role Type: Individual Contributor Base Location: Mumbai/ Pune/ Ahmedabad - Responsible for all HR activities as the regional lead- owning from onboarding to exit of employees - Onboarding of employees, continuous experience capturing, running assimilation plans for a greater favourable experience - Responsible for handling employee grievances, pulse checks, and happiness index to minimize any impact on talent loss - Support the corporate/ central HR team to run all initiatives related to talent and performance management on a continuous level - Conduct workshops for employees on policies and internal processes - Scale-up the processes and implement them to ensure 100% compliances around internal and external procedures - Own HRMS management- data updates and regional level transactional people activities with 0% deviations - Run regional level engagement and rewards programs in conjunction with the city business head(s) Requirements: - Experience: 3-6 years as HRBP - Start-up experience is must and ability to work in ambiguous environment which is evolving - Proficiency in Marathi language and exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi - Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel and usage of other Google Suite and related communication engines - MBA in HR is desirable Competencies and Attributes: - Business Acumen - Data Analytics - Talent Management, OD and Rewards - HR Statutory Compliances - Coaching and Mentoring - Digital/ Tech-Savvy
