Job Description :

- Experience in IoT Projects, Software projects, eSCADA systems etc. in tendering for Govt and PSU projects.

- Business development experience in IoT based Smart Water/Energy meters, Software projects in Govt and PSU tenders.

- Scouting tenders on various platforms online / offline.

- Generate lead in IoT based Smart Water/Energy meters projects across PAN India.

- Respond to various RFI/RFP/RFQ requests, Co-ordinate and Collaborate with business development, delivery and Vertical/horizontal pre-sales teams to develop winning proposals/presentations.

- Create accurate Technical Compliance statement.

- Prepare checklist for the bids/tenders and submit tenders on GeM & other e-tender portals.

- Knowledge in assessing the pre-qualification requirements and supporting the tender for bid/No bid decision.

- Work out the deviation if any and prepare for pre-bid representation.

- Correct Product Selection to quote in-line with specification mentioned in Tender /GeM.

- Expert in finding the JV partners and forming consortium depending upon the tender requirement.

- Full understanding of the project specifications. Reviewing the proposals towards optimized and customized solutions for various Smart Meter tenders.

- Help management to create a winning strategy of Tender.

Key Competencies :

- Good understanding of IoT based Smart Water/Energy meters and IT enabled projects (e.g., Smart Metering).

- Ability to manage proposal repository (for medium to large scale deals) and curate standard bid content in terms of stakeholder mapping and competition landscape.

- Capable of handling multiple proposals with varied complexities, at a time.

- Excellent planning, organizing and communication skills.

- Strategic thinker, self-starter and outcome oriented.

Qualification : B.Tech.

Industry experience : Tendering in IoT Projects, Software projects and other Smart Technology Projects for Govt. and PSU works.
