JD:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant .
- A bachelor's degree, preferably with an emphasis in accounting, finance related field.
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years relevant tax experience, or equivalent experience in business or industry.
- Broad exposure to US / Indian taxation
- Excellent managerial, organizational, project management, analytical and verbal/written communication skills.
- Demonstrated business development skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Manage all aspects of tax compliance and tax payments.
- Tax planning projects; be able to lead projects with minimal guidance from beginning to end result
- Manage compliance: including quarterly and annual review of controls and support of control testing.
- Provide leadership, technical guidance.
- Manage tax audits, notices, and related matters.
- Conduct tax research on complex tax issues and provide comprehensive analysis and conclusion of their impacts.
- Manage engagements and budgets.
