We are hiring for IT - Business Analyst with 0-2 yrs experience. Location : Chennai Qualification : B Tech / BE graduate with MBA (Any specialization) - Develop strategies for internal functions teams, taking all aspects into consideration and providing insight into how these strategies will benefit the company - Manage senior stakeholders and function heads about initiatives being undertaken for them - Oversee formulating the business case - Elicit, organize and simplify requirements - Analyze requirements and manage stakeholder communication - Requirements story grooming - Issue analysis and problem solving based on issues raised in service desk - Support the creation and improvement of processes, procedures, and tools in the organization across multiple stakeholders - Work closely with multiple teams to implement strategic organization wide processes - Effective tracking and communication of organization wide initiatives with multiple stakeholders - Collation of status reporting across multiple initiatives Key Skills Required - Pre joining : - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Very good communication skills - both written and spoken - Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project management - Understanding entity relationships and analysis of data - Proficient in Microsoft Office toolset: PowerPoint presentations, Word Docs, Excel (e.g., pivot tables, graphs) Key Attributes : - Analytical ability, breaking down a problem into smaller parts to fix it. - Team player, and high ownership level to be able to complete initiatives - Ability to understand organization wide processes - Effective in communication and collaborates well - Must be able to follow up and track progress of tasks assigned that involve multiple stakeholders - Diligent with attention to detail Guided Learning Development - skills that the BA will be groomed in over the long run : - Documentation - Application Design - Wireframing - Requirement Gathering - Use case analysis - Impact Analysis - Data Management - Project Management - Project Co-ordination - Compliance - Support - Reporting and MIS creation - Process Design - Environment Management/Understanding Mukilan
