The Manager is responsible for Inventory management, merchandising, demand planning, logistics, and ecommerce operations. Responsibilities: - Responsible for managing inventory for 250+ retail outlets. Reduce OOS %, increase OTD %. - Demand Planning and Supply planning for 3000+ items. - Optimizing usage/efficiency/cost of own fleet and external partners. - Plan right merchandising mix for each store. - Handle eCommerce stock across various marketplaces and website - Overseeing the regular day to day operational issues in the ecommerce operations - Responsible for Order management and appointing new vendors. - Identify and solve any critical issue related to operations working with cross-functional teams. - Plan optimum resources and Supply chain design for various sales channels. Key Skills: - Retail Merchandising management - Inventory management - Forecasting and analytics - Effective resource management and people management - Ability to see the big picture Educational Qualification: - Any Under Graduate program. - MS Office, Expert proficiency in MS Excel. - Knowledge of excel programming and VBA Macros. Experience: - Minimum 2 years in Supply Chain management - Minimum 2 years in retail industry - Exposure to forecasting and analytics - Optical retail experience is not mandatory but added advantage. - Handled cross functional teams. - Been a people manager
