Roles and Responsibilities:
A. Specifications Delivery (30%):
1. Ensure routine working with assigned Influencer Key Accounts to ensure regular specification for Pidilite range of solutions.
2. Delivery of targeted Specification Business from assigned Influencer Key Accounts ensuring healthy extraction basis Established Account Potential.
3. Suggest the names of Preferred Applicators, Dealers and Contractors and quote with divisional support.
B. Business Development (35%):
1. Execute the business development plan in specified timelines including keeping the Influencer updated on PIL range of solutions, keeping the Influencer Library updated with the latest collaterals, insertion of PIL solutions in the Influencers Master BOQ
2. Provide regular training/ Lunch & Learn Sessions/ Product Trials to Influencer's.
3. Ensuring participation of assigned Influencer's in Pidilite sponsored events, seminars, meets, etc.
C. Relationship Management (35%):
1. Take end to end ownership of Identified Key Accounts ensuring improvement in engagement.
2. Developing personal connect with multiple stakeholders in the Influencer Firm - Head Interior Design/Architecture/Structural Consultant, Team Leads, Project Heads, BOQ Specialist and Mapping of Mapping of all details of the personnel such as Contact Number / Email Id / DOB / Special Interests. (Monitoring / revision on every 3 months basis)
