Job Description :
- Confidently facilitate programs for junior & mid-level employees.
- Lead manage L&D programs end-to-end with continuous learner engagement
- Work in collaboration with the businesses / Unit HR to ensure accurate training identification, budgets, planning, and execution of training calendar/communication
- Program Management - end to end program management i.e. Learning Design to Delivery
- Prepare Training Dashboards / Reports with 100% data accuracy to be shared with key stakeholders as per the agreed frequency
- Drive Innovation Program
- Outlining & Tracking progress on ongoing innovation projects / key initiatives/ programs
- Design and deploy various SoPs for L&D
- Track activities as per SoPs for audit and highlight deviations
- Undertake industry benchmarking for best practices in L&D and Employee Engagement.
- Digital Learning - Awareness & Adoption
- Create training calendar & dashboard and release to management on monthly/annual basis
- Support the ongoing training and learning development program using a digital platform and ensure 100% adoption by contests & communication
Candidate Must-Haves:
- Excellent facilitation skills as this role requires facilitating sessions.
