Designation : Theory of Constraints Implementation Specialist
Industry: Real Estate
Location: Ahmedabad
CTC: up-to 30 LPA
Requisite:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in implementing Theory of Constraints methodologies within an organisation. Real Estate Experience would be highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Theory of Constraints principles, tools, and techniques, such as the Five Focusing Steps, Drum-Buffer-Rope, and Throughput Accounting.
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement, lean manufacturing, or operational excellence initiatives.
- Experience facilitating workshops and training sessions, and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics, and statistical tools to measure process efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop practical solutions.
- Strong project management abilities, with the capability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- A self-motivated and proactive attitude, with a passion for continuous improvement and organizational excellence.
