Specialist - Technology Recruitment (6-15 yrs)
Seeking someone who can build a team of sharp minds that value fundamentals, longevity, focus and passion towards the greater good. Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open Technology roles helping hiring managers hire right talent.
1. Coordinating with business managers to identify staffing needs
2. Developing sourcing strategy and source potential candidates through various portals and channels
3. Reviewing job applications to identify high-potential candidates
4. Screening / Conducting interviews with talent to assess their fit to the company and the role
5. Designing job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements
6. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
7. Lead employer branding initiatives
EXPECTATIONS:
1. Experience in closing senior level candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages leveraging experience with competing for top tech talent
2. Background in solving complex problems and delivering significant impact
3. A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail
4. Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
5. Strong decision-making & negotiation skills
