Max CTC : 17 LPA Be responsible for all aspects of the sourcing and hiring of IT professionals. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities and interview candidates by combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical and behavioral assessments). Coordinate with Tech leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs. Reviews employment applications and background check reports. Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and work environment. Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates. Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics. Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies. Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products Ideal Candidate : - 4-6 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter. - Excellent communication skills - Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles. - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases. - Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Degree in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree.
