An MBA in human resources with over three to five years of work experience in talent development

- Experience in designing instructor-led and online learning programs, including facilitator, participant guides, and learning job aids

- A strategic mindset and an approach to creating learning experiences that will lead to improved learner engagement and retention levels

- A passion for the talent development domain as well as robust networking and stakeholder management skills

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and an ability to learn quickly and execute with discipline, along with keen attention to detail

- The ability to collaborate and work with employees at all levels of the organization

- Proficiency with MS Office

- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with various stakeholders

- The ability to work in a fast-moving, high-energy, and highly collaborative environment
