Job Description :

- The successful TA Analyst should have strong communication and organizational skills in addition to being detail-oriented.

- Analyse requirement according to the specification mentioned by the business.

- Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the open requirements.

- Should have handled end-to-end recruitment from Sourcing/ Screening.

- Efficiently use online tools and other methods to regularly add to the existing talent base and build pipeline.

- Evaluating the candidate skills and competencies including communication skills, inter-personal skills, confidence level and presentation.
