Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, client's brand value proposition (to be able to effectively communicate to candidates about the company & role), candidate engagement till on-boarding & follow up skills.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Determining selection criteria.
2. Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
3. Interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments (if required by client)
4. Lead client branding among candidate community
5. Coordinate throughout to a successful joining & retention
6. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
