We are hiring for our client, one of India's big conglomerate's Financial vertical for the position of Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Marketing and Digital Communications Specialist.

Candidates MUST have prior experience in application & development of Social Media/ Dgital Media for recruitment and talent acquisition in the past.

Someone who has experience in thorough recruiting, proficient in social media engagement, knowledge of latest hiring tools and software, an innovative and strategic thinking, hands-on experience in sourcing, employer branding and recruiting can enhance his role as a Talent Acquisition Manager, Leader or Specialist.

- The social media recruiter will be part of a Strategic Recruiting team that focuses on building talent pipelines for current and future needs, provide surge recruiting support and assist with job fairs and networking events.

Job Summary :

- This position is responsible for delivering communications strategies that support recruitment and employment marketing and branding initiatives.

- This position will play a significant role in executing the employment brand of the Comapny and sharing stories of excellence, innovation, and community impact. This position reports to the Head of Centre of Excellence.

- Talent Acquisition contributes to the organization strategy and mission by providing consultation on hiring, talent acquisition, and talent movement for company staff and classified positions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Partner with internal clients to problem solve, create - go-to-market- strategies, and define the candidate identification strategy for each role

- To create an ideal recruitment strategy including analyzing recruitment marketing platforms, evaluating job posting optimization, planning recruitment campaigns and idealizing how to improve the talent pipeline

- He has to determine the future needs of potential talent and proactively source candidates through social engagement.

- To overlook as well as, manage the recruitment life-cycle.

- Source potential and passive candidates through direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, extensive name generation research and relationship building

- Continually expand network through leveraging user groups, blogs and networking events

- Generate candidate interest through creative marketing and social media messaging

- Prequalify potential candidates to determine their qualifications

- Develop a pipeline for current and future hiring needs

- Foster relationships with passive talent and Recruiters

- Ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria

- Ensure timeliness of recruitment process

- Will take positive steps to support and promote the recruitment, retention and development programs for Company

- Assist in the opening and closing of personnel requisitions

- Serves as an internal consultant regarding staffing needs and projections, and advises on the best course of action to fill open positions

- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.

- Post opening in a variety of media such as job boards, professional organizations, trade publications, and other appropriate venues.

- Leverage digital and social media sites to locate qualified candidates.

Position Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or MBA and at least 3 years professional experience recruiting in a professional services, agency, or technology environment.

- Self-directed, quick study, and ability to adapt to changing recruiting priorities.

- Excellent communicator and active listener.

- Flexible, organized, able to work independently, excellent time management skills.

- Strong written and spoken communications skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.

- Possesses strong entrepreneurial skills; - whatever it takes- attitude.

- Experience within the cleared government contracting environment

- Experience with Social Media Management and Recruiting

- Experience performing advanced Boolean searching for highly cleared staff

- Experience partnering with business leaders to define recruiting requirements and assist with staffing plans

- Successful track record recruiting and filing positions.

- Effective communicator with strong analytical and organizational skills.

- Expertise in using LinkedIn, Applicant Tracking System, job boards, and other sourcing tools.

- Self-directed, quick study, and ability to adapt to changing recruiting priorities.

- Motivated team player.

- Attention to detail with strong work ethic.
