Job Location : Hyderabad
Educational Qualification : Graduation / Post graduation from Top Colleges
Required exp : 3 to 7 years
Required skills :
- Effectively utilize tools such as search engines, LinkedIn and social channels to source candidates
- Exhibit success in direct sourcing techniques including cold calling and internet searches
- Build relationships with team members, candidates and professional network
- Identify target companies, user groups, and professional associations for scouting qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone interview screens to assess candidate's skill level, interest and overall fitment
- Develop professional relationships with candidates to identify their aspirations
- Fully elucidate the course of interview to candidates so that candidates are clear on expectations
- Gain market intelligence including and understanding of the talent pool in targeted geographic locations
- Making initial candidate contact and building relationships with the primary focus on lead generation and development of new candidate prospects
