Job Title: Asst. Mgr/ Manager-Talent Acquisition

Educational Degree : MBA or PG in Human Resources Management

Professional Experience (years in what processes and function)

- 6-8 years- experience in similar (MNC Manufacturing) or similar industries.

- People with experience in working at Executive search firms are also preferred.

- Overview of the role: Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (Staffing CoE) supports End to End staffing requirements of all Businesses and functions across India.

- As a Staffing Specialist, the incumbent will be responsible for understanding the talent needs, strategizing and sourcing top talents, interview and assess the talents and partner with HRBPs and Hiring managers till the candidate is onboard.

- Staffing specialist is expected to partner with the stakeholders in meeting the hiring needs of the organization with agreed SLA's.
